Effective Leadership is at the heart of a school's improvement journey. It is essential that Leaders within our schools access high quality and informed support to ensure that curriculum and teaching remains of the highest standard. ODBST provides a range of networks for leaders which are focused on leadership development and schools working closely together to develop policy and curriculum initiatives.

As part of the Trust’s work across leadership, particularly the leadership of subjects across our schools we are pleased to offer the opportunity for IT subject leaders to meet together to develop their leadership of their subject and forge useful links across the family of schools.

Meetings will help leaders:

• Review their schools’ online security in the light of the new policy, including the use of distance & home-based learning and a wider use of IT by adults across the school.
• Evaluate data security and protection of pupil and staff information
• Consider additional IT tools to support leadership and management
