Salary: Bucks Pay Range 1 (Point 6 -10 depending on experience)
Contract term: Fixed Term until 31st August 2023
Hours: 32.5 Hours per week (38 weeks per year)

We are looking for a Learning Support assistant who has a passion for raising standards and would leave no stone unturned to ensure all pupils make progress and reach their full potential; someone who holds themselves to the highest personal and professional standards.

We are looking for candidates that have the following qualities:
• A passion for raising standards and improving the life chances for all pupils, especially those with SEND;
• Be able to work with direction and independently, with initiative,
• High aspirations for themselves and a commitment to further development.
