My vision for the Oxford Diocesan Bucks Schools Trust is empowering lives, flourishing together, rooted in John 10:10 and the promise of life in all its fullness.

We are a trust of schools, each with its own identity and character, serving their communities with pride and purpose. Our role is to strengthen that work: to connect schools, to reduce unnecessary burden, and to be clear about what is consistent across the Trust and what is right to hold locally.

We do standardise where it matters most: safeguarding, core expectations, and the conditions that protect quality and fairness for every child. But we are equally clear that not everything should be the same. Leadership, curriculum design, and school identity must remain rooted in context.

At the centre of our life together is a shared commitment that every adult in this Trust can own: “I belong here, and I help shape what we are becoming.”
