The Board of Trustees is the Admission Authority for our schools and as such determines final admissions arrangements and is the point of escalation should there be a concern relating to Fair Access. Day to day responsibility for admissions is delegated to our schools, and we provide a model policy and guidance to schools.
Day to day advice and support on admissions and appeals is delivered by the Oxford Diocesan Board of Education (ODBE) as part of the Trust’s Service Level Agreement with the Diocese. ODBE also run regular briefings and training sessions for schools and are always happy to help schools with admissions queries.
The Trust's Model Admissions Policy can be found on the Policies and Resources page.
The Oxford Diocesan Bucks Schools Trust are the admissions authority for its schools. The Board of Trustees have delegated the consultation and operation of their admission policy to the individual schools. However the Board of Trustees is responsible for the agreement to the admissions policies of its academies. The law requires us to consult on the policies for each school in the Trust before we set these policies. We are currently consulting on the policies for admissions in 2022-23 and each school’s admission policy is available below. This consultation closes at noon on 27th November 2020.
Comments on policies should be directed to the school concerned or to the trustees using the ‘contact us’ link on this website.
